Emily Murphy, the Trump-appointed administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), is singlehandedly blocking the Biden transition.  She is refusing to do her job, and sign a letter authorizing Biden's team to access funds and government resources necessary to move forward.

This is about more than just formalities and niceties; a smooth and timely transition effort is critically important to fighting the pandemic, to our nation’s defense, and to our economic recovery.
